TIME to RELAX – Resort offers living spaces born from the desire to create a unique experience for our guests; designed in search of that balance that transmits refreshment and pleasure, in which time dilates to allow you to enjoy the greenery of the sun, your tranquility.

We will be happy to share all the information about the area with you, recommend places to see, or typical restaurants outside the tourist circuit, so that you can enjoy your dream.

IL RESORT

WHERE IT RISES

Just 30 meters away from the border with Peschiera del Garda, at the edge of the Colline Moreniche Park, stands what was once a farmhouse.

TIME TO RELAX is its name now, and all the apartments look out over the traditional, charming courtyard.

On the east side of the garden, you will find the swimming pool, conservatory and lounge area, ideal for reading and taking an aperitivo. The garden is enhanced by the 2 centuries-old trees, where you can find cool and shade, as well as the ancient well and lemon garden.

THE APARTMENTS

RELAXED, COMFORTABLE, REST, STYLISH, HOSPITABLE

Relaxed, comfortable, rest, stylish, hospitable … these are just some of the words that spring to mind when you look at our accommodation. The modern furniture with warm neutral colours creates a cosy and intimate feeling, as well being practical. All the apartments have exposed beams and wooden flooring; they are equipped with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, linen (towel set and bath towels), dishware, and beach towels on request. Parking is adjacent to the property.

TIME to RELAX Resort offers three basic apartments: MELOGRANO, GELSO, and ULIVO; and two other apartments that are the result of the combination of the first two. These two apartments are called VITE and LIMONE.

MELOGRANO is the apartment next to the main house (a two-bedroom apartment of 50 sqm with occupancy for 2 people). Melograno is enriched with an upper floor, becoming the VITE apartment. Therefore, the VITE apartment is the MELOGRANO with the addition of the upper floor. It has a total area of 85 sqm on two floors, with occupancy for 4 people.
GELSO is the apartment located on the first floor of the independent housing unit from the main house. It has an area of 40 sqm and occupancy for 2 people.
ULIVO is the other apartment located on the ground floor of the independent housing unit from the main house. It has a generous area of 60 sqm and occupancy for 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area.

The combination of GELSO and ULIVO apartments creates the LIMONE apartment. The latter has an area of 100sqm on two floors (connected from the inside), thus becoming a space suitable for accommodating 2 or 3 couples of friends or a family of adults. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

SURROUNDINGS

WHAT SEE

If you would like to have a walk or an aperitivo, or experience the boat trip of your dreams, the historical centre of Peschiera is easily reachable, only 2,5 km.

For fans of cycle touring, in just a 5-minute walk you reach the famous cycle path from Peschiera del Garda to Mantova, which offers a must-see inland experience. For fun lovers, Gardaland Theme Park is about 6 km away and the toll booth 3,5 km.

The train station is 4 km away; from here it is possible to reach Verona in 15 minutes, Venice in 1,30 hour and Milan in 1,20 hour by train.

Nearby you can visit Borghetto, an ancient medieval village built on the banks of river Mincio, and Sigurtà Park which once was a farm but has since become a green paradise filled with plants and colourful flowers.

Sono stata con un'amica per qualche giorno nell'appartamento Melograno, accogliente e spazioso, ben attrezzato. C'è uno spazio giardino dedicato con un tavolino per consumare i pasti, davvero piacevole. La zona piscina, solarium e relax è molto curato.

LA NOSTRA CASA - Sono già stata in uno di questi deliziosi appartamenti nel 2019. Il nome è "Canapa". Un caso. Conoscevo un po' i posti ma non volevo un hotel. Volevo un appartamento ben curato, dall'ottimo arredamento interno, centrale, funzionale. Quest'anno ci sono tornata. Stesso appartamento perché è bello dopo aver visitato il lago, poter dire "torniamo a casa nostra".

TORNERO' - Appartamento stupendo, confortevole, grande e molto confortevole, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. C'è tutto il necessario per cucinare e apparecchiare la tavola, elettrodomestici, piatti raffinati, bicchieri per vino. L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico, intorno a ristoranti e negozi. Ad un grande supermercato a piedi circa 20-25 minuti. Anche in spiaggia.

C'E' ANCHE IL PARCHEGGIO - Avevamo affittato un monolocale molto carino. Abbiamo trovato le strutture assolutamente sufficienti. La posizione dell'appartamento è centrale, negozi, stazione degli autobus e treni facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La padrona di casa è stata molto, molto cordiale e disponibile.

POSIZIONE STRATEGICA - Ottimo per una vacanza rilassante in pieno centro storico. ma raggiungibile anche con l'automobile (parcheggiando qualche metro più avanti in tutta comodità). Camera spaziosa e pulita, perfetto l'isolamento acustico nonostante i locali mettessero la musica nel fine settimana. Staff veramente tra i più gentili mai incontrati. Caratteristica la piazza sulla quale si affaccia. Con una breve passeggiata a piedi si raggiungono tutti i principali servizi godendo di una vista panoramica del Lago di Garda veramente unica.

ESPERIENZA DA RIFARE - Posizione ottima, Kathi è stata meravigliosa nel venirci a prendere fino al parcheggio per accompagnarci alla struttura. Sia lei che Guenda si sono dimostrate disponibili sin da subito, premurandosi di farci trovare anche acqua fresca in frigo e degli snack al nostro arrivo. L'appartamento è molto pulito, praticamente nuovo, letto comodo e doccia piacevole. Pur trovandosi sopra un bar e vari locali, praticamente in pieno centro, gli infissi offrono un'insonorizzazione perfetta. Se dovessi tornare in città (Gardaland è praticamente a pochissimi chilometri, raggiungibile anche a piedi) penserò sicuramente a loro.
